Our Flagship Control Room
ECC1 is our flagship control room trailer, below are some of the key features of the trailer. For more information check out Tech Specs.
Plenty of Room
ECC1 has a massive internal workspace of 6.7m x 2.4m. Fitted with a 6.7m bench providing comfortable workspace space for 4-6 staff.
CCTV System
The heart of any event control room is its CCTV platform. eventECC rolls with a full Milestone XProtect iVMS platform giving the event control team quick & easy access to the event CCTV coverage.
Motorola DMR
Communications is key for your event operations. ECC1 has Motorola DMR radio hardware fitted as well as a decent fleet of portable DMR radios. We can even add multiple third party hire radios channels to our radios on the ground, your ECC will have direct line of contact to all event stakeholders at their fingertips.
VoIP Communication
Each workstation comes with a dedicated VoIP phone line.
We also provide all our events with an Event Hot Desk “1800” Number that routes to our ECC Phones for the duration of your event.
High Speed Internet
With both 4G (various antenna hardware) and StarLink* Satellite internet provided we will keep the ECC connected to the world

Access Control
ECC1 has a full Inception access control platform which controls access to the room. This ensures your event control facility operates without interruption or interference. A video intercom is also provided allowing secure assessment of any visitor before access is granted.
Full Climate Control
ECC1 is fitted with two ibis4 reverse cycle air conditioners. These provide both heating and cooling to ensure your event control team can operate in comfort maintaining focus on their critical role in your event operation.
Weather Monitoring
Monitoring weather conditions is a critical part of any outdoor event. ECC1 comes fitted with a top of the range weather station mounted on-top of one of our two 8.5M masts. Data from this station is available on the weather console inside the control room.
Bathroom
ECC1 has a onboard secure bathroom ensuring your event control team has quick & close access to facilities minimising disruption to your event control operations.
